XE acts as a facilitator and introducer. We do not provide financial advice, legal counsel, or medical services directly. Introductions to third-party providers are made in good faith but XE does not guarantee outcomes or accept liability for third-party services.

All content, branding, and materials on this website are the property of Xklusively Elite and may not be reproduced without written permission.

XE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the member in the preceding 12 months.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
